On the keyboard of life, always keep one finger on the escape key

Another day spent in office with more 'breaks' than work. For a change enjoying 'no work' like anything. With Amrit around and the three stooges who sit next to us, office is now a fun place.Couple of months back i was a complete workaholic taking breaks in between work but now for me it's working in between breaks. Sad news is that these golden days will get over in a week's time. Life gonna be bit hard but then that's life.

Still waiting for appraisal letters to be out. Not expecting much but hoping against all hope.HR Managers and PMs are hiding in the bunkers , playing with excel sheets and writing obituaries [...of associates]. Everyone is more excited to see other's appraisal rather then his or her own appraisal. And then there will be great cribbing sessions. Few of them will once again prove that barking dogs seldom bite :)

Signing off while listening to Green Day -> "time of your life"

Another turning point
a fork stuck in the road
Time grabs you by the wrist
directs you where to go
So make the best of this test
and don't ask why
It's not a question but a lesson learned in time
It's something unpredicatable
but in the end it's rightI hope you had the time of your life"

Good title I must say! Sometimes I start missing the Escape key and specially the "End Task" button in my life! :-D Guess God will come with that in Human Version 45287.54683! ;-)
About the appraisals I agree with you completely, we definitely have some of this type in our surroundings who just act the traditional statement "Teri Saari meri saari se safed kaise!" Also Software Companies while recruiting believe in "Par wahi mehange dammon wali quality, wahi safedi...wahi jhaag; kam daamon mein mile to koi yeh kyun le woh na le!" and they chose the candidate which is ready to work for lesser package! But they unknowingly might be compromising in "Safedi"
I think whole IT industry has now becoming a Dhobi industry, with each Coporate Dhobi searching for maximum safedi in minimum daam! :-D
